How can chicken salad taste this good and be healthy.
This recipe is super easy and you can tweak the flavors/seasonings to make different variations. As you know I love heat so I added a bit of sriracha sauce to mine.
Avocado Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded chicken (I poached 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless)
3/4 of an avocado
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbs lime juice
2 tsp of fresh herbs (basil, cilantro)
2 tbs mayo or greek yogurt
Hot sauce if you like
Shred the chicken, smash the avocado, add the seasonings. Mix together and eat.
